URA FC have strengthened their midfield ranks with the acquisition of experienced Ugandan midfielder Rahmat Senfuka during the ongoing mid-season transfer window.
The Tax Collectors confirmed that Senfuka has penned a two-year contract with the club after completing a move from Wakiso Giants FC, where he most recently featured in the Uganda Premier League.
Senfuka arrives in Nakivubo with considerable top-flight experience and a reputation for success. During his spell with Vipers SC between 2018 and 2020, the midfielder was part of the squad that captured the league title and lifted the FUFA Super 8 trophy, underlining his pedigree as a proven winner.
Across his career in Ugandaโs top tier, Senfuka has represented several clubs, including Police FC, where he once served as captain, and Proline FC, building a reputation as a dependable and disciplined midfield presence.

Following his move to URA FC, the midfielder shared his excitement about beginning a new chapter and expressed gratitude for the confidence shown in him by head coach Hussein Mbalangu and the club leadership.
โThis badge represents hard work, ambition, and belief. Iโm here to fight for every ball, lead with my actions, and help URA FC achieve its targets. The trust from the coach and management means everything to me, now itโs time to deliver on the pitch,โ he told the club media.
Added options for the technical bench
Known for his composure on the ball and tactical awareness, Senfuka offers flexibility in midfield. He can anchor play in a holding role or operate further forward behind the striker, giving the coaching staff multiple tactical alternatives.
He becomes the clubโs third addition in the mid-season window, following the arrivals of Moses Waiswa and attacking full-back Disan Galiwango.
