Uganda Premier League giants KCCA FC have officially unveiled Rogers Mugisha as their latest signing, completing a two-year deal that will see the talented winger feature for the 13-time champions until 2027.
Mugisha, 22, joins the Lugogo-based side after leaving Kitara FC, where he impressed during the 2024/25 season. The club confirmed that all paperwork was finalized earlier this week, with the player successfully completing his medicals before putting pen to paper.
Newly appointed co-coaches Brian Ssenyondo and Jackson Magera were both instrumental in sealing the deal, with the management prioritizing Mugisha’s arrival to bolster their attacking options ahead of the upcoming campaign.
“We are delighted to welcome Rogers to KCCA FC,” club CEO Anisha Muhoozi said during the unveiling ceremony. “He’s a young, exciting winger with international experience, and we believe he will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals this season.”
Mugisha expressed his excitement after signing the contract, promising to give his best for the Kasasiro Boys.

“This is a dream come true for me. KCCA FC is a massive club, and I’m ready to give my all and make the fans proud,” Mugisha said.
The winger, who previously had stints with UPDF FC, Kenyan giants Gor Mahia, and Danish second-tier side AC Horsens, brings pace and creativity to the KCCA attack.
At international level, Mugisha has risen through the ranks, representing Uganda at U17, U20, and U23 levels before making two senior appearances for the Uganda Cranes.
