Ugandan international Farouk Miya is set to sign a two-year contract with the Super League Greece 2 club GS Ilioupolis, keeping him at the Ilioupoli Municipal Stadium until 2027, Footy-Africa reports.

According to his personal manager Eugene Sepuya at the Sepuya Inc Agency Miya will get €155,000 as a signing bonus and €7,000 monthly salary.

“He’s been out for too long, and now, he wants to play to regain his spot at the national team,” the manager exclusively told Footy-Africa.

Miya was without a club since May 2023 after leaving FC Lviv (Ukraine). His TransferMarket value is at €100K. He has amassed 66 caps for the Uganda Cranes.
